Delivery
We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.

In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by the courier company. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company.

Order Refund In
case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Witforms returns the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you are required to report your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company’s finance officials.

Return Policy You can return
your cargo within 14 days from the date you receive it and change it within 30 days.
It is absolutely not possible to return or exchange products that are destroyed, used, without boxes, and with missing accessories.
